Tiia Maria Jaakkola, 30, from Finland.

Tiia’s main inspiration for her designs are the 90’s fashion and kid’s cartoons, toys and the innocence of a child’s mind.  Tiia sees AWOW as a new field to explore and a great platform for showing her work.

This Finnish designer has graduated from Fashion Design at VIA Design in Herning, and is now a Herning based designer.

Tiia hopes to get a great experience from AWOW, in addition to new opportunities and meeting many people.

Since 1993 we have cared for and focused on quality kids wear within the amazing LEGO® universe. We have joined this exciting journey first of all because it is a great and exciting project. We are widely known for functionality and our durable outerwear enabling kids to play. Combining that with wearable technology and a visionary young designer opens up new great ideas and gives us a lot of new inspiration for coming collections and the future.
